I go every year to have my vehicles detailed and they do a fabulous job!
This was my second yearly undercoating/rustproofing touch up on my truck first time in Hamburg NY.I was greeted by Harmony who took care of the paperwork who was very pleasant . Ian the sales manager an I met went over what had to be done, Ian was very helpful and answered all my questions and I actually had additional work done in the basic detail/wax. Stay away from this business! Horrible customer service if you complain about the service you receive! I went in for my yearly service appointment and when i went to leave after my service the seats looked horrible! Spots missed, application was uneven and smeared on. My seats looked like crap! I asked for them to fix it to look better, they took my car back and tried to fix it but it looked worse than before. Had my yearly check up of rust coating and paint protection( diamond gloss). Went to the newest ziebart location in Hamburg, New York. It was bright & clean. Ian greeted us and explain what is being done today. Got check in and they took my car. Waiting area was spacious and comfortable. When car was done Ryan checked us out. He was very friendly. Car looked great and out by 12:30. Thank you for the great service.
Very unprofessional, with very little regard for your time. I waited over an hour for someone to preform a photo inspection, after waiting finally someone comes to me saying their having issues with a portal and has the audacity to ask me to come tomorrow. I wouldn't give this place the time of day, if they aren't attentive and professional to humans during a World Epidemic I'm sure they carry that same energy level into their work on people's vehicles.
My new Harley pushed my Truck out in the driveway, I needed a remote start for this winter, guess what,,,, my trucks as bad ass as my bike now, I'm very happy with the work they done, it works great, very friendly and good people. I will go back when I need something.

EVERYONE WAS GREAT AS WELL AS SERVICE IN TIMELY MANNER, MORE THAN COURTEOUS , DID A GREAT JOB , VEHICLE LOOKED GREAT WHEN DONE
These guy's set the standard - I guess that's why they are the number 1 Ziebart in the Nation - I've had 2 vehicles undercoated and the Z-Gloss ceramic coating applied, it had the best warranty I could find anywhere, after it was complete the manager called me to make sure I was happy with the service.
