Super service and friendly as well.
I just had my Ceramic coat finish re applied after an accident with some body work needed in the rear of the vehicle. Had my ceramic coat finish reapplied at the Albany, NY Ziebart. Bottom line evaluation of results is in. The result was superb. Job was done by Jessie a fellow vet. the result was superb. It is a relatively new Tesla and I was worried how it could turn out. We live an hour and a half from this location. Scheduled an appointment for 9:00 a.m. We arrived at 8:45 and were told to come back at 4:30 p.m. When we arrived at 4:30 p.m. the truck had not been looked at and hadn't moved from the place we parked it! Were told the truck was not ready and we asked why it hadn't been looked at. Originally told they needed all day to let it set and dry. Had My New 2024 Ram 2500 Under Coated and Rhino lined on March 25 2024 . When I arrived to pickup my truck it was setting out side so I started looking at the lining & Under coating. I immediately noticed that THEY HAD COATED RIGHT OVER THE DIRT IN THE WHEEL WELLS.
