I took our 2014 Toyota Truck in to have Rust Protection, Diamond Gloss protection , and the interior done .I asked a lot of questions about all this and had doubts about it . When I went to pick up the truck the next day I was amazed they did a fantastic job on the truck . The truck looks like it did when we first bought it. Great Job everyone ! Jeff was great answering all my questions !! Highly recommend Ziebart in Muncie on McGalliard . Again great Job !!
I take both of my vehicles to the muncie store. I have the package I bought with my car but when I want the inside done it’s over 200 dollars I wish it want so high to get this service. Make it more affordable especially for reoccurring customers that are dedicated to ziebart for as many years as we have been doing ziebart. I get the coupons but always told I can’t use them because I’m already getting a deal🤷♀️
Ziebart is a great place to go. Kevin is a new guy there at the front office, he is doing a fantastic job. Jeff treats him bad by pointing out negative things instead of explaining to him what to do. My husband and I feel sorry for him to be getting yelled at this way. This is ziebart in muncie. Kevin is good guy.
Ziebart of Muncie is the greatest place all product are excellent I have most of them. Very personable they treat you like family.

I paid to have the inside detailed & the seats were supposed to been reconditioned with their product. However the passenger seat was still dirty and you could see on the armrest where they sprayed their product and let it dry and did not finish the job. The drink holder on the dash had not been cleaned. Still had a room not seven spilled drink inside. I requested an estimate for bed lining last year. I wanted to have my dad's new Colorado truck's bed lined as a gift. I never received a response. Today- almost a year later- I receive an email from the corporation asking me to submit a review. I said nothing salacious, just simply that I never heard anything and I found it to be disappointing. I paid $200 to have my car detailed and they not only didn't clean the console or glove box (removed everything from both so they could clean it), they sprayed the interior protector on the seats w/ o even cleaning them!!!! Awful! The paint was shiny but there was still a significant amount of grime around the trim & wipers area. Also didn't clean the cargo area, sunroof, and didn't do very well cleaning the dash! Very disappointed for throwing down $200 for this kind of work!
