I have been receiving care at this location for a few years now. This level of service has been the most consistent and thorough I have ever received. Doctor/Nurse Obianamma is attentive to body language and conversation and open to listening to all of my concerns. She doesn't dismiss my concerns. She addresses them. She takes care of my appointments, referrals, and medications. I value her ability to aide in my healing. I would really recommend visiting!
I wanted to like this practice but I will not be returning or referring anyone here. I came in for an annual and was incorrectly charged. The Dr. Ozuah told me that I was charged incorrectly and that I would be refunded. My appointment was on 4/18 and I have called 3 times since then. The first two times I was told that my refund was being processed. This morning I called and was told that I would no longer be getting a refund. If I can give 0 starts I would ! I went 4/23 for a appoiment just to refilled my medication . I went and paid the consultation I also ask for a weight lost medication (plus my hipertensión medication) they send they will send the meds to my pharmacy. I called on 4/24 at the end of the day to the pharmacy to see the status of the meds they didn’t even get it so I went and contact Zidon via the Portal they end up sending them to the wrong pharmacy . The attention the Dr. gives is top notch. He pays attention to all details and provides you with a solution that best suits you. You will always have someone to speak to when you call this clinic. Excellent
