They refused to work with me when I couldn't pay for a 6 month checkup to get a refill. I didn't even need the 6 month check up considering I was there 4 months prior. They seem greedy and uncaring. They blamed pains I talked about on my weight. And now I'm going through active withdrawals because they refused to figure something out with.
I have been seeing Dr. O for several years now, and his entire staff is incredible. Whenever a medical need arises, they are always there for me. They truly bend over backwards and are deeply committed to patient care. I couldn't be more impressed! Most recently, I had an urgent medical issue come up, and they immediately stepped in to help me get to the right specialist quickly. Thank you all for the amazing care!
