They don't allow reasonable accommodation for the handicap and get mad if you ask. Right now if you can't use the non *** non passenger freight elevator you will have to pay someone to dump your trash for you as I do. Zidan took over ********************* in *********, **. Just awful. The buildings are so old and full of mold and mildew from several burst pipes and water heaters. There is rotting food discarded water bottles, and now human f**** has made the list; everywhere you go there is trash. Rent has increased with each lease renewal, but the amenities are so subpar that they are basically nonexistent. We have lived in Candlewyck Apartments since 2019, lots has happened in the world, and it shows. Home is where you go to escape, but living here allows your problems to thrive right outside your front door. Trash everywhere. Mold and mildew everywhere. Water damage galore. ********* have been down since 2019, the washing machines and dryers are disgusting- the dirty uncivilized children that run rampant ensure that- so the amenities you pay for monthly are worthless. I am living in Camelot east apartments. My apartment room is flooded since Dec 24th. They not going to take since sec 27th. Now my apartment smell bad. If I go talk to them they said I yell with them and said they will kick me off property and office. They keep threatening me.
