My girlfriends and I loved the appetizers. Our waitress was very accommodating and her customer service was serviced-deluxe. We had fun celebrating my birthday and it's our first time at Zia. Pretty sure we are coming back!

The waiters and buss boys don't wash there hands and touch and cut the house bread(nasty) also the soda fountain had mold cause they would never take it apart at night and clean it. And to top it off there so called chef is just a cook that doesn't know how to cook fish.
Amazing staff and Food was great. We will be back for sure.
Thought I would give this place another chance...yet, another strike out!! I hope someone is doing taste tests on what their kitchen is cooking tonight. Shrimp scampi was tasteless, insipid, and flat!
