I purchased a vehicle from Auto Exotica, but soon after I discovered an issue that requires and unexpected investment. However, when I voiced my complaint, one of the owners reached out to me in an effort to resolve the issue. He generously offered to reimburse me for my expenses, and I was pleasantly surprised by this gesture from a car dealership. I appreciated their efforts to make things right, and I left as a happy customer.

Car guru said they were open until 6. They closed at 5. Told us we had to get all the financing done before we could even test drive the vehicle. Told us they were watching us on camera but wouldn’t come let us look at inside of truck. Very shady in my opinion. My son drove over an hour for this truck. Would NOT recommend this unless you want horrible customer service. Guess they have enough sales to not make one today.

100% reliable & helpful. Nothing hidden. Mr Samoon describes everything n every little or big details of the cars he has in his inventory. Very affordable prices as well. Easy financing. I'm very satisfied with my deal for Toyota sienna. Will surely be going back to him in a few months for my son's first car.
