Dr. Zhu performed my EMG, which went ok, but was dismissive of symptoms that make no sense for diagnosis I was given, even after I tried to clarify the underlying cause for those symptoms. Hard to communicate with. Did not address concerns.
When Dr. Zhu came into the office his demeanor seemed annoyed and as if I was an inconvenience. He barely addressed the issue at hand and instead vascillated between asking questions about prior issues and answering for me as if I wasn't even there. He cut me off when I was trying to explain to him about my chief complaint. No testing was administered. Family member had brain injury which caused unilateral dystonia and had an unhealed fractured clavicle. Dystonia, i.e. muscle tension, is massively painful. Family member was taking OTCs while hiding his "habit." I brought him to Dr. F. worried about liver/kidney failure, seeking less toxic pain mgmt. I've been taking my cousin who has MS to this office for 2 years last month April 8th he was screen with cocaine they waited till may 8 To inform Why were we not aware on April 9th of the testing they wait 28 Days till next visit to inform us they are cutting him off wow. I could have took my cousin immediately to his primary for blood testing don't understand why they waited a month ..
I have been Dr.Falco's patient since 2002 and he is very caring doctor. He also is a very caring doctor and he listens to what your saying when you explain your pain problems and he also when I missed a appointment came to my home to make sure I was ok he may have a large practice and you may have to wait but he makes feel. Like you are important and he is a very caring doctor I would never stop seeing him cause he is a great,caring doctor and he makes you feel like you. Are important to him .
He's a wonderful courteous physician. His PA Deb Streater is also a well informed associate. I highly recommend them
After a month of trying to get an appointment and having all of my records sent, I received a call from the receptionist. She told me the Dr. reviewed my case and can’t help me. I tried to ask why, what was it that led to this decision. She said “I’m not a medical person. The Dr. just put a note on my chart that says ‘can’t help’”. Absolutely the worst service I’ve EVER received. Next call BBB & Medical Board! DO NOT USE!! WORTHLESS PRACTICE.
Dr Falco is an excellent doctor. He is the first pain specialist that has truly helped me. He takes his time and actually cares!!!
I thought maybe it was a one time deal waiting over 4 hours.... btu no tried one more time..my apointment was 2:30. He saw me close to 8:30...Why did I wait...I was in pain...and needed help. So far he has done nothing to help me...
