Dr. Zhou is a great doctor, very compassionate, very humble, and patient. I wonder what the people especially the elderly in Chinatown will do without him one day when he retires. However, some of his staff are horrible. One of the Vietnamese-Chinese assistant finally retired, thank goodness. But now this lady who answered the phone today is rude and disrepectfully. She can't speak Chinese and how Dr. Zhou is going to be able to serve the Chinese speaking population?
I never understood why they charge office visit fee when we just made a phone call and ask for medication refill.
Terrible billing account management..I even I see doctor but they bill me ...look like scams
