i would have preferred not to do this review and it is unfortunate. i never used zhana as an agent but i have had a poor experience with her. they were scouting the neighborhood to say hello which we spoke to her for few minutes. Few weeks later, we started receiving her monthly mail newsletter, without ever asking for it. I reached out and asked her to be removed from the mailing list and the requests have been ignored, i tried to follow up and make sure i am removed from the list but i am still being ignored. i prefer not ... read more

It was a great experience working with Aleksandra and Zhana! They made the process very simple, comfortable and easy by thoroughly explaining and being there at every stage. They were able to rent out my place within a month at the highest value in the neighbourhood. They were also able to find us a home we really love! Highly recommend working with them, they are quick, kind and amazing at what they do. You won’t be disappointed!
