Im not even sure where to start. I was visiting family in ATL spring of 2021. Which is where the accident occurred.. Im from NYC & was referred to Zevin & Rosenbloum. It is now JUNE of 2022. & I have not received the status of this case. IF I could leave less than one star I would. I do not even leave negative reviews but this is needed to save folks from making the mistake I did. They will scam you and you will think you are dealing with Attorney Big Al law firm till they send your accident to a subcontracting company called zevin & rosenbloum ! Do Not Use This Firm! All they are doing is running up medical bills and flipping cases. They will not go to trial period. My case manager Justin Brown is rude and will not return your phone calls. He needs to be fired! You will never heard from Big AL until he calls you to settle your case and he will almost demand that you settle. Arrowhead Clinic and Big Al all works together and they will take all the money. Use another firm this one sucks!

Sleaze bag lawyer like they're expressing. He's just into flipping cases. I was told a bunch of fluff in the beginning which I should of known. My car was totaled and due to my accident (which I was the victim) I stayed out of work for close to 2 months. I was told I would get compensated for it but didn't. He settled my case without asking me what I wanted to do. Arrowhead and him are in together running up the bills so it can justify why their getting almost all of the settlement. Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!! Case mangers are very RUDE!!! You never ever get an update on case unless you call Them They are just very RUDE and unprofessional CLOSE THIS SO CALLED FIRM DOWN,RUN FAST AS YOU CAN STAY AWAY

Michael is very rude, does not return phone calls, he tells everyone else what to tell you. He does not hear what you are dealing with all while your waiting for 6 mnths to get 4,000 back. He is a over talker, your voice does not matter in your own case. You have to stay on these people aggressively Then they get mad at you

Great lawyer, I actually got back more money than I thought, they call you when they need you which is fine by me. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE Rosenbloum to represent you in your case....

I agree 100% what Dee said! EVERY LAST BIT. Have you walk away with less than 5K, Was not at fault and car was total loss. Case manager communication skills NEGATIVE never return calls etc. Don't let me get started on how the clerk is extra dry answering the phone.UNPROFESSIONAL. Chick fil a customer service wayyyyy better!

HORRIBLE-- PLEASE BEWARE! HE IS TERRIBLE TO WORK WITH, IF YOU CALL IT WORKING AT ALL! YES HE'LL ANSWER THE PHONE THE FIRST TIME THEN YOU WILL NOT HERE FROM HIM AND RARELY THE ASSIGNED CASE MANAGER. WHEN I DID TALK TO HIM AFTER THE INITIAL CONVERSATION IT WAS WHEN HE HAD A RIDICULOUS LOW OFFER. HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, OVER TALKED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE CONVERSATION AND SUGGESTED IN MANY WAYS TO SETTLE VS. GOING TO TRIAL BECAUSE IT WAS UNLIKELY THAT I WOULD GET ANYMORE.
