I do love going here but was a little disappointed on my last visit. Charged for a nail repair that never happened, also charged me for my daughter’s special nail shape when it was a fill and already shaped how she wanted it. Check your charges before you pay!!! Only told the price, ran my card then gave me the detail break down.
Very bad service !!!!!!!!!! They want to charge an arm and a leg for a pedicure do a half job and get angry if you say something about it showing them dead skin still on your feet !!!!!! Please bypass this place and go elsewhere !!!!!! Somewhere that’s not going to rush on your services you’re paying for and also somewhere that has good customer service !!!!!!!!! Beware of this place !!!!!!!
Went to get dipped nails off, was convinced to do a manicure after being asked 3 or 4 times. I was okay with that but then excused from they dryer way to early. Said 20 mins and comes back in 6 saying I'm good to go. To get my cash out of my purse to pay and over half my nails color dented or smudged. She didn't notice and I didn't want to stick around for another hr to have them be fixed. Before exiting the door, then says to be careful and I laugh. Rose did a wonderful job on my nails, they look so natural. This was my first time here and it was one of the best experiences I have had in a nail salon. She was so kind and was happy that I was happy. The salon its self is super clean and very well taken care of. Highly recommend coming here to get your nails done.
