Worst customer service. Zesto! Just went there to get some ice cream. Sign on the door says 1 person at a time in the lobby. I step in the door to look at the menu. 2 people at the counter gabbing and not ordering. I'm asked to step outside because of social distancing. Hello.... I'm 20 feet away from people. Apparently the rules only apply to select people. How is reading the menu at the door hurting? No more Zesto for us and we were regular customers!
Disappointed...Ordered a single jumbo cheese burger, a double jumbo cheese burger, & 2 orders of mushrooms. Well 1. We didn’t get both mushrooms & charged for it. 2. Burgers are small (the size of a single Mc Donald’s burger) 3. When I called, the night manager (or said she was) sounded like she was holding her breath when trying to talk to me on the phone...she said they were now using different burgers now. We love their jumbo cheeseburgers and fries. Of course ice cream and shakes are great💕
went today and ordered a family pack and a breaded tenderloin. called my order in, he repeated it back....still didn't get a tenderloin. tired if my order being screwed up. every single time. very frustrating
