My boyfriend and I ate dinner at Zesti last night and I honestly think it was the most attentive, friendly service we've ever recieved at a restaurant. Our waitress checked in frequently and another waitress even stopped by initially to make sure we'd been helped. Even the young hostesses at the door were extremely polite and professional. Food was excellent, drinks were great. We will be back!
Wait staff needs customer service training. Overcharged for a bottle of wine and was told nothing she could do about it. I've never been served such a terrible attitude while choosing to dine out and spend money and time at a local establishment.
