We had our floors cleaned by Zervas Facility Maintenance and they did an amazing job! Everything turned out great and the entire team was awesome to work with from start to finish. Everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the process. Our floors look so much better and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Brandon was phenomenal to work with to epoxy our three stall garage. He was very responsive and even had his crew back out to make sure the garage floor was perfect. It looks and feels amazing, and was way less than we had been quoted elsewhere. We have already passed his name on to other family and friends. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our garage repair. Previous surface was leaking into a lower garage making it unusable. The whole crew’s attention to detail while tackling this project during the coldest spell of the winter was unmatched and much appreciated. The outcome was stunning and more importantly (to us) water tight. Thanks.
