One of the worst car dealer experiences I’ve ever had. We bought a 2013 Dodge Charger from Zerr. To start off it had a misfire we diagnosed during the test drive. We figured it needed plugs and moved forward. In less than 16 hours the car broke down in my driveway. We replaced the plugs, coils, and the battery (that was 5 years old) chasing what the problem could be. The car had snapped the shift cable Zerr Auto had just had replaced.
