In the process of helping a family in need. I had zerorez come out and help us with the carpet's. The guys name Matthew was unsuccessful but after talking to Suzanne she is going to help me with the situation. She is going have someone come back over and shampoo the carpet's thank you very much zerorez for support and service.
Zerorez has always been friendly with us the few time's we've went through them. They're trustworthy and quick worker's. Some of their service's are pretty spendy, but I never regret it once the job is done. Thank you!
To all the people who work hard for their money and earn an honest living do not I repeat do not use zerorez we tried it because of our favorite radio station Ricka those people left my carpets worst then when I called them I have a cheap 380 dollar bisel thank cleans way way better then zerorez I'm so disappointed man I honestly feel as if I was robbed so if you value yr hard earned money don't waste ur money on this company

We had Zerorez come out and clean our carpets before we moved into our new house. It looked really good at first but after a short time it had seemed to have brought the stains out even more! I cleaned a small area in our living room with my carpet cleaner from Costco and the water was BLACK! I cleaned another room and the water was the same! I am so dissapointed with Zerorez. At first I was a bit put off by the 4-hour arrival window. However, I received a call shortly after the window opened to give me an update and estimate of when Juan might arrive at the property. I received another call when Juan was on his way with an actual arrival time. Juan arrive promptly, was courteous and polite, and gave us an estimated time of completion so we could go run errands.
