I had a fabulous experience with Zerorez starting with Charles who made my appointment and was able to accommodate me in short notice (24 hours). Our technician Westin was very nice wore mask and gloves and explained everything. We had an area in the family room that was heavily soiled and he was able to get it to look amazing! I will be using their service myself since they did such an incredible job on my parents home. Thank you, Karen😊😊😊

Gentlemen was very professional and very nice. Did as good as I could have expected from the very bad shape of my carpet! Looks and smells better in my apartment now! And carpet is not crunchy! Definitely recommend them!
