Wonderful job by Zerorez. Tech called and was able to come early. Was clean, polite, knowledgable. Before starting the job he ran a black light over the carpet and found my cat had been a bad girl. Explained an option for additional removal of pet stains. But once the actual cleaning was complete he said he did not see or smell anything so did not recommend doing the additional pet stain removal as there was no smell or sign any longer.
