Colton was very polite and thorough in explaining what he plans to do and what to expect afterwards. He did a great job and didn’t even complain about the extra work due to pet stains he found! I would definitely recommend and will be using them again when it comes time.

The serviceman showed up right on time and was very thorough. He made sure to address any spots I asked him to go back over, and had a very courteous, friendly and professional manner.
Once again, I STILL do not need to replace carpets, even though they are 22 years old! Every time ZEROREZ cleans them, its like new life is breathed into them! AMAZING!!!
