Carson, the tech, did an outstanding job! He cleaned my carpet better than my usual (ex-usual) cleaners, stanley steamer. He put effort and care into cleaning my 16 yr old carpet. He explained each step of the process and asked my to inspect his work several times. Excellent customer service! I will recommend Zerorex to everyone! And you are now my usual cleaners!!
