Racheal was a very nice young woman, she was here on time and did a really great job and was very professional. This is the 2nd time Zerorez cleaned our carpet and it looks great and I know the carpet will last longer with their care.

They were very thorough in not only the cleaning but taking his time to access the job. And he explained what and why he was doing what he had to do. Good communications. Carpets are very clean and I’m very satisfied. When the time comes, I will use them again.
