Jacob came to clean my daughter's air ducts, which probably hadn't been cleaned for decades. He was friendly and professional and explained everything along the way. He did a fabulous job, cleaning them and the furnace and put in a new air filter.
Wyatt was very thoughtful, courteous, friendly and attentive to my needs as I express certain areas of the carpet that need to be addressed. Sometimes he needs to be a little bit more focused in timely manner of getting the service done. But I hold myself responsible for keeping him longer than anticipated. I had just got the hospital yesterday and I tended to be a little bit more needy in communication. I would recommend using him again.

Birch from Zerorez was able to come into our basement and thoroughly clean the carpets. They look and smell fantastic and it only took a couple of hours. Super focused on customer service and transparent on pricing and follow up services. 10/10 would recommend.
