My appointment was a no-call no-show despite receiving two confirmation emails. Upon calling the local number once my window of time was expiring, no one answered and I was instructed to leave a voicemail or send a text. I sent a text with no response, twice. Perhaps this will trigger an explanation from them but I scheduled a cleaning with a competitor since the service still needs completed.
