We had our carpets, couches, chairs, ottoman and chaise lounge cleaned today. Everything looks BRAND NEW and my carpets smell like new carpet!!!! Shout out to JOEL NAKAMURA for being the absolute BEST to work with!! Very nice guy and explained everything in detail. And I don't want to forget to mention... He honestly took his time and did the absolute best job for us!!! 100% recommend!!!!!!!

Everyone I encountered was professional, polite and personable. My technician was thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything so I could fully understand the entire process. He also did an outstanding job on my carpet.
