Buyer beware. This company does not stand by their ‘satisfaction guaranteed’. They charged $290 to clean a 5x8 rug and when it still has stains on it wouldn’t do anything more to fix the issue. The price you are quoted online is also not the price you pay due to their aggressive and misleading sales tactics. Lesson learned. Will not recommend or use Zerorez again.

Did a fabulous job cleaning carpets that were stained and got rid of biological issues from a cat.
Process is the best and they are very efficient and personable to work with.
