I heard ZEROREZ on my favorite KC radio station (The Buzz) and called for service. The Zerorez KC team was fantastic- I highly recommend John & Justin! They were prompt, professional, and friendly. They did a great job thoroughly cleaning our basement carpets, stairways, and furniture. Everything they cleaned smells great and now looks brand new again. This was our second time using Zerorez and we will continue to use them in the future. John did an awesome job on our carpet and sectional sofa. We had several problem areas with pet stains that cleaned up better than expected. Our microfiber couch was in rough shape and we were about to replace it. This was a last resort and I’m so glad we had it cleaned because it looks like new! John was punctual, friendly, and explained every step he was taking along the way. Great service all around.
Riley was prompt, professional and informative. The service was fast and surpassed my expectations. I was surprised at some of the stains they were able to remove. Thank you Zerorez !!
