If I could give them 0!... I am not at all satisfied with the work they did, They're supposed to be specialists and professionals in carpet cleaning and mine were simply left with all the dirt and shadows of dirt especially in the traffic areas... the next day my family and I had to really clean them and remove all the dirt with a domestic vacuum cleaner since their "professional" said that those marks simply stayed there because they were permanent... My tile cleaned up nicely. What I thought was black grout was dirt on beige tile. Now it looks amazing. Russell did a super job! 👍
Though Zerorez's franchisee sold his franchise back to corporate, they called and refunded an inadvertent over-charge. Says alot.
