Our technician, Darien, was polite and finished quickly. Our carpet was genuinely improved. However, the technician was thirty minutes later than the time slot given. When I called to inquire I received no help from the receptionists. In fact, after being put on hold for 15 minutes I was treated rudely and then placed on hold again. I never received any help from the call center.
The technician that came to our home was professional and very courteous. Our chairs look great. There was a problem with scheduling. I received daily texts saying my appointment was between 10 and 1:00. When I called at 2:00 she said I was wrong and my appointment was 12:00 -3:00. When I told her about the texts she stopped speaking.
Really nice job!! Darien was thorough and thoughtful. No chemical smells and they use good alkaline water!! Nice perk from this company that no one else uses that I know of. Give them a try!!
Chris did an exceptional job in cleaning the carpets in our home. I was amazed. I immediately scheduled Chris to clean three floor rugs and will use him and his company for any future cleaning. I highly recommend Chris and his company, Zerorez.
