Very courteous knowledgeable employee that picked my rugs up for cleaning-
I called to schedule a carpet cleaning for four rooms and a duct cleaning service and was told last week that servicing up to the fourth floor would not be an issue. When I called back to confirm, I spoke with Dee, who suddenly stated they would not go above the second floor. When I explained what I had previously been told, she became immediately rude and dismissive. Before I could even finish speaking, she hung up on me. I called back right away. Fabulous technician (Chris) cleaned our badly soiled carpets and restored them to like-new. Will be employing Zerorez again in the future.
