We recently had our carpets cleaned by zerorez and the tech (Alex) was awesome!! He came in, looked everything over and explained what he was going to do. The carpets looked beautiful and after he left I noticed a floor vent by our air conditioning unit. It was sooooo dusty but I hadn't gotten around to cleaning it and asked my husband if he had.
