They are very fast and professional with friendly service. It was more than we expected because we have very old carpets and he made them look great. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and they have not disappoint me. I also have children so I don’t have to worry about chemicals in the carpet which can harm my kids. Thank you Zerorez!
RecommendedOn the day of our appointment, Sal called about 30 minutes prior to showing up to let us know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It took him about 2 hours to complete the house (6 rooms and 1 hallway). I could not believe that he got all of our spill stains out of our carpet. ALL OF THEM!! Some were months old. Just a wonderful experience.😀
