Train your technicians, have ethical standards of conducting business with customers, don't cancel appointments last minute, and most importantly improve the quality of you work. I am disgusted with the company's practices, with substandard levels of professionalism. My carpet has been messed up twice by you. Where all the raving reviews come from? All the negative ones complain about exactly the same things: poor quality, last minute cancellations, bad attitude of the employees. Which says a lot.
