ZeroRez works on spots & stays clean longer than other methods. It also dries faster. I use Bret in Orange County who I like very much. He listens to what I need, is very polite & careful to protect furniture etc.
Had a overall good experience with Zerorez. My only complaints are that the office didn’t really communicate what my apartment situation was with the tech so he was very out of the loop when he arrived. He also did not wear a mask the entire time in my place. I kept my distance, however I would have felt more comfortable if he had a mask on. The service was quick, efficient and left my carpets much cleaner than before!

We love Zerorez. The technicians are always kind and professional and they care about the service they provide. The cleaner way of cleaning our carpets is also why we use them.
While the schedulers did not let me know that I needed to clear a space for their truck in front of my apartment, and as a result my cleaning was delayed a day, they made good on it and they did an incredible job. My carpets look absolutely brand new, Marcel was amazing and I am going to remember to ask for him next year!
Robert Keith of Zero Rez and his helper, a very nice smiling man just left my house after cleaning all of my carpeting and rugs. Honestly, they look brand new again! I will forever be a Zerorez So Cal fan!!!

Booking the appointment was easy and they got me scheduled quickly. Super nice technician who arrived on time. My carpet looks new again!! Smells great too. Price is higher than most companies but wort it.
