There must have been major management changes in recent years because the level of service this company provided today was abysmal. I scheduled a cleaning at least 3 weeks prior for a weekend afternoon since I work in an office 5 days a week. I prepared my home for the cleaning and followed their website instructions to the best of what I understood was necessary.
