The technicians are courteous, arrived on time and did as good a job as possible considering my carpets are getting old and have some traffic patterns that are beyond help. This is the third year I have used Zerorez and I’ve been pleased each time.
Although it was done quickly it couldn't be cleaner! Spots came out that I thought wouldn't, the playroom which was filthy (we are renting) cleaned up beautifully. So impressed with the quality and respectful service. Great technician, great job.

My carpet needed special attention, due to an unfortunate nose-bleed situation. Zero Rez restored my light-colored carpet to it’s original condition. The man who did the cleaning was friendly, open and considerate. I am very happy that I had seen the result of Zero Rez cleaning in my daughter’s home...so I knew just who to call when my carpet needed expert attention.
