Zerorez recently cleaned the carpets at Our place of business they showed up on time and made sure the job was done right. They took great care of us! I highly recommend Zerorez for any residential or commercial job. The carpet that was stained with oily residue looked brand new after they were finished.

My carpets look great and smell even better!! BUT what impressed me the most with Zerorez, was the friendly technician. He happened to come on a day when all 4 of my young kids were home and right under his feet. From the minute I opened the door, he was so patient and engaging with my kids. My two oldest boys thought his "science experiment" was cool as he explained how the Zerorez process separates them from the competition. He even involved my 2 year old in measuring some rooms. We had a flooded bedroom. After drying the carpet looked horrible with yellow and gray spots. We attempted to clean it to show the insurance company that it was not salvageable. I was amazed at how clean it came. We do not need to replace it. Thank you!
My carpet looks great. Zerorez may be a bit more expensive, but it is worth every penny. Carpet looks and feels great. Service was outstanding.
