Steven arrived early during the expected time. Reviewed everything to be done and got promptly to work. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the job he did cleaning the carpeted area. He also gave a clear explanation about taking 7 area rugs to be cleaned at another location. He told me when the rugs may be returned but made no definite promises.
