Tony obviously cares tremendously about his work. He suggested products to clean a very soiled carpet and spent a lot time cleaning. When he got a flat and wouldn't make his appointment time, he called three times to give us updates and was very apologetic. I will continue to use this company because of their awesome customer service and amazing ability to clean very spoiled carpets.
