I joined Zero Hour to get out of my routine and instead, gained a new family and a new mindset. Chris is not only a great coach but, also a great friend who kindly pushes you to your limit. Prior to initiating I was beyond intimidated on becoming part of this type of fitness. However, I couldn't be happier for the choice made. The coaches are all great people, always pushing you with emphasis on proper form. I cant emphasize how much the owner really puts his all to make it fun and a family/friend environment.
