This 19th-century property, updated to modern standards, offers a delightfully charming retreat in the quiet locales of Charleston. The decor and design in each of the 18 rooms and suites are a reflection of the city's colonial past, and serve to create a sense of nostalgia. Period furniture in most of the rooms adds a nice touch of history and authenticity. Pristine whites and mellow hues are a common theme throughout the property. The delightful Zero Cafe + Bar offers bistro-style European fare, and the restaurant's talent... read more

Beautiful, atmosphere, beautiful food. Service was very attentive. I am local and eat fine dining regularly. We loved the meal but wish there were more affordable options as $300 for a couple is a once per year, at best, option. Not likely to dine again outside of restaurant week even though the food was superb.

Amazing service and food. Reminiscent of the French Laundry. Chef is so kind and wished my husband Happy Birthday last evening. Kavin extremely knowledgeable as well as the rest of the team. Just a magical evening. Thanks.
Best dining experience in Charleston. Can't wait to get back!!
This little gem embodies the Charleston look and feel. Located inside an old Charleston home, you can't get help but feel at home sipping cocktails on the porch. Love it!

Thank you for the wonderful review!
OVER RATED AND OVER PRICED! Food was acceptable, but there was an $18.00 uncharge for the beef Wellington. Mahi was a very small portion. The restaurant menu advertised a 3 course meal for $49.00. When we got there, we were told one desert per couple. Service was mediocre and sourdough bread was cold and seemed dry to almost stale. Won't be returning there again. Too many really good restaurants in Charleston.
Unbelievable from table, to remarkable cocktails on rear porch.
