don't consider this place! – After receiving a "living social" certif. from my daughter, I attempted to make appt. RUDE receptionist Kristin...no where on cert. does it state the PURCHASER must USE the certif. Huge fiasco...made me feel like I was trying to make appt. with a STOLEN certif. Would NEVER recommend this salon after being dealt with in this manner. Called and got refund from LIVING SOCIAL...who said there is absolutely no problem with this certificate! Not for My Hair – I went to Zerene for a cut and color and I felt more confident with my look walking in than when I walked out. To be fair, the color (although quite drastic at first) faded to a really nice hue - hence the two stars - I really like the color. The cut, however, was miserable. I don't think the stylist had any idea what to do with my short hair. It didn't seem like short cuts were the salon's forte, but if that's the case, I wish I would have known beforehand.
