I don’t usually write reviews, but Dr. Reema Zereh truly deserves the recognition. From the moment I walked into her office, I felt like I was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares! not just about your physical health, but about you as a whole person. Not recommended I hired a taxi to take me from Hayward to the clinic in Union City, and after half an hour I arrived to find the clinic closed that day. No one called or sent me a message to inform me that the clinic would be closed. I had to wait outside for another hour to wait the other taxi to come and pick me up Was a horrible experience.

I want to share an experience regarding the front desk clerk. I had an unfortunate encounter where I was trying to clarify a misunderstanding, but the front desk clerk quickly became defensive, to the point where it felt like the clerk was yelling at me over the phone. As I was explaining the situation and asking for consideration, this person kept talking over me, and I even had to ask if this clerk could let me speak. This practice is the best I have experienced so far. Reema is straight forward with expectations, and she gets results. Pain relief, overall well being, she treats the person as a whole. She makes you feel like you're in good hands and the results speak for themselves. I went in with high blood pressure and many other symptoms. I can't explain how grateful i am to Dr. Zereh. I was having extreme pain in my right wrist from typing. It was to the extent where i was unable to use a computer or even hold my phone. I went through physical therapy, pain meds and multiple x-rays, my primary care physician was unable to give me any sort of pain relief. The next step was surgery.
