Yes this is to me or feels again all Zephyrhills deal money hungry vultures on May 7th of this year I walked in had some work done and they basically told me that all the procedures that I'm going to have to have done was going to cost me $4,800 so I agreed I have everything done however about the week of the 21st of May I received a first bill for $7,740 they did not share a list of procedures that we're not covered by my insurance and then allow me to process the cost and say yes or no
I made several appointments with this establishment to have a tooth removed. And waited several hours in a room only to be told I didn’t have an appointment. After I had to provide proof to the dentist that I did have appointment set then he decided to tell me he didn’t have time! After being upset about this for the third time I decided to set yet another appointment hoping my tooth would stop hurting. Waited almost 3 hours only to leave still in pain and referred to another dentist the same day. If you want relief don't seek care here.
I had my teeth cleaned at Zephyrhills Dental and the hygienist and staff were amazing. The remodeling of the office looks phenomenal! Super clean and modern look. Very welcoming!! I would definitely give 5 stars ⭐️

5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Ali and Jamie and Deb were the BEST. They are very good and will work with you, to get things done. The office manager Chris and front desk lady Tandy were also GREAT. I couldn’t be happier with the whole dental practice and I am not one that likes dentists. But they made the experience quite easy. I will be using them for all of my dental needs, and I highly recommend them.
