Ridiculously expensive and horrible service. We’ve had this service since 2020 and it’s been $20/month for the water dispenser and $40/ month for 4 5-gallon jugs. We recently started getting the water on our own for 1.25 for a 5 gallon jug, we would have kept the dispenser, which we’ve paid for over 7 of them in our time with Zephyrhills, but they said no water no dispenser. So we decide to cancel everything and the customer service agents are not knowledgeable of how to cancel or are told by management to make it difficult ... read more
Ordered water on September 4th 2017 and it is now October 7th 2017 and I still have not received my water. Notifications and communication is non existing and when I call them they just give me another false date. Not dependable or reliable and will never do business with again.
