WORST company. Shouldnt be in business.
This is the worst water delivery company. Do not sign up with them. Horrible customer service. Constantly have to watch them like a hawk. You leave out five bottles for return and they claim you only returned four bottles. Then you have to fight with customer service about it. It's ridiculous.
HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. They never show up for scheduled deliveries and constantly cancel and reschedule. I have literally been rescheduled over 10 times in the past 2 weeks. They keep saying they are having issues and will come the next day over and over again and customer service is terrible . I’m currently looking for another water delivery company to order from. This company has gone completely downhill.
Terrible customer services !!! Impossible to reach by phone on hold for 30/45 mn each time, promises of free delv and… than get big $$ bills, deliver as they please. Easier and cheaper to buy water from store . SAD.
