Absolutely horrible. While the water is great the company is a joke. Website is the absolute worst for navigation. Pricing is always going up.

Full Disclosure, this is my first negative company review. And I only write this only after many chances for them to come through with the "customer Service" sales pitch they shoved down my throat in order to get my business. I also write it because the company in question did nothing to fix the problem... They did offer financial compensation for their poor performance and I truly appreciate that. However All I ever wanted was water delivery on time and when promised... not 3 weeks late. Floating deliveries and rescheduling... read more
