I have 1 question I purchased PPO insurance because of several fails on weening off on Suboxone. I'm on 2 milg and I been on subs 10 years I'm want off this crap. I have a daughter 28 with profound Autism. I want the shot my insurance covers it I don't care if I need to go up to get off because it will be temporary. I am blessed to have Dr. B treating me and managing my medication. Dr. B gets it and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to these types of medications and drugs/alcohol abuse. I was an executive professional using Xanax, for 10+ years straight every day taking 15-20mg a day. I’ve been a patient when he was in Laguna Hills. Then I went to prison and he had a new office. They welcomed me like I never left. Dr B is the best out there!! Best in OC for sure, hands down. He’s saved my life and got me off of heroin/fentanyl. I’ve been sober from opiates for almost 6-7 years now and he’s been very supportive, understanding, forgiving, and accepting. Thank you Dr B. Don’t know what we’d do without you!!!
I was charged for services I did not receive and I was refused any customer service for this matter after sharing my experience. I was with this group for many years and the issue was, I was simply charged for a full office appointment, whenI did not receive one. When approached with my issue, they denied me my request to be refunded for the service I did not receive. Dr. B IS the most amazing doctor! He has saved my life because he trust and understands me. I hope he can find staff that can answer a phone or at least call back.
