This was my first float experience. My brother is visiting from Arizona so I decided to make us float appointments for his birthday. It took me awhile to relax. Not sure how long. Before I knew it, the soft music came on letting me know that my hour was up. I am looking forward to my next float experience!!!
Beautiful setup, the float was lovely and my massage with Nichole was absolutely amazing! I’m a massage therapist so I’ve had my share of massages and I have to say her touch was the perfect balance of strength and comfort that took me to another place. It was deep enough so I felt I got good relief for my achy muscles but at the same time gentle enough to allow me to zone out and not feel like I’m getting beaten up. I can’t complement her massage enough and recommend you ask for her by name!!! Thank you again 🙏💗

Floating is the best way to free your mind and body, like drifting in outer space or in the womb. We are so fortunate to have a floating establishment as wonderful as Zephyr in the Hudson Valley! There is nothing more centering or relaxing than a good float.
I can't recommend Zephyr float enough! I had a massage then tried a float session for the first time. I wasn't sure what to expect at first but they explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I left feeling so relaxed!! What a great gift from my husband! I will definitely be back.
