First of all, this is such a beautiful and inviting space. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I have never floated before, but even my first experience was incredible. I am six months pregnant and could not believe the level of relaxation and peace I was able to achieve. I plan to include this as part of my self-care practice. I truly cannot wait to float again. I am grateful this place exists so close to home!
It was truly the most unique experience I've ever felt. With the water temperature around the same as your body's, I felt a sense of emptiness/nothingness, as though I was floating in space. An overwhelming calmness and relaxation over came me. Leaving I felt relaxed, calm and stress free. I would definitely recommend this to any to try. Awesome!
I was very pleased with my experience. The staff took the time to give a guided tour of the facility. They were very polite and professional. The facility was immaculate. The experience itself was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. The relaxation area at the end with complimentary tea was great as well. I highly recommend it. It was also very well priced.
