Continual rude treatment by owner, had them come to do a move out clean for me. The owner agreed to come out and clean my 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse without inspecting and boy was it trouble. I was working when they arrived and I had to stop to answer the phone and hear about how they weren't sure they could clean and how disgusting certain things were. Love this cleaning service and they are very thorough and the cleaning products they use are non-toxic Leaving my house clean and dust free. I had a complaint early on that my kitchen floor felt sticky and they came back and did my entire kitchen for no cost and since then very few if any complaints.
